Known Places
Known places give a friendly place name in journey reports and on the map when a tracker comes within the known place fence. By inputting the location of places which you regularly visit, your reports will become more easily readable. They also facilitate the use of trackers as timesheet generators, as it will become aware when the user arrives at a known location, such as "Central Manchester Office"
Known places can be manually input by the user from the 'Add a known place' link, or can be created by clicking on the small 
icon in a html journey report.
Known places are group specific, and so will only appear for the trackers in the same group as the known places. They can also be imported and exported as csv files. Further details of the import procedure and file format can be found here.
