Reporting

Motortrace can generate many types of vehicle reports to suit your needs. They can be generated at any time from the Reports section of the website. One report may be run on multiple trackers and/or drivers simultaneously. Reports can be run from any date up until today, and can exclude journeys made during out of office hours.

Standard reporting options include:

 

Map & Graph report

View all data during a day on a map and graph.

 

Between Time Report

View all position and speeds between a start and end time.

 

Journey Report

View position and speeds for a full journey.

 

Daily Report

View position and speeds for a full day.

 

Vehicle Mileage Report

See how many miles each vehicle has done each day.

 

Driver Mileage Report

See how many miles each driver has done each day.

 

Battery Level Report

See the battery level over time.

 

Alcolock Report

See results of the breathalyser tests.

 

Fuel Level Report

See changes in the fuel level over time.

 

Alarm Report

See alarm events over time.

 

Non Reporting Report

See trackers which have not reported for 24 and 48 hours.

 

Non Journey Report

See trackers which have not started a journey for 24 and 48 hours.

 

Temperature Report

See the temperature of the vehicle over time.

 

Overspeed Report

See the when the speed of the tracker has exceeded a threshold.

 

Acceleration Report

See the acceleration values over time.

 

Digital Input Report

See the values of the digital input over time.

 

Analogue Input Report

See the values of the analogue input over time.

 

Running Report

See when the engine is running (alternator is active).

 

Mixed Input Report

See the mixed inputs of the vehicle over time.

 

Stopped Report

See the length of time between journey events.

Only reports relevant to your trackers will be visible to you, so your report list may not include all those displayed above.

Reports can be generated in a number of different file formats:

 

html - suitable for displaying in a browser

 

Graphical – Will display as a graph in a browser

 

Data – Will display the raw data in a browser

 

PDF - suitable for storing and printing

 

Excel/csv - suitable for running statistics

 

GPX – Suitable for importing into other mapping software
